We are seeking to employ a consultant to join a talented team providing technical support for our represented software.
This is a full-time position based in our Nicosia office, suitable for people who enjoy working in a challenging environment and have a passion for technology and software.
Software Support Consultant
Duties:
· Become an expert in our software products
· Undertake software installations for customers
· Provide technical support to customers
· Travel offsite to provide support and training
Requirements:
· Excellent knowledge of IT Systems
· Strong analytical and interpretational skills
· Ability to travel within Cyprus
· Excellent spoken and written Greek and English
· Previous experience with POS software will be considered an advantage
Priority will be given to candidates with University or College qualifications in subjects related to Information Technology.
