Annual Support Contract

Our clients are supported by our team by telephone, fax and e-mail support where they can contact us at any time within working hours. However, in cases where a query has a more complex nature, our team is willing to visit our clients’ premises and offer on-site support visits. Telephone, fax and e-mail support is provided for FREE to all clients who acquire the Annual Support Contract. In addition to that, clients with Annual Support Contract are entitled to receive for FREE Sage software maintenance updates. The telephone, fax and e-mail support however is not a substitute for training, implementation or on-site support.

€ 100.00/hour
€ 200.00/hour

The above rates do not include V.A.T. Any support not related to the software (e.g. Network, Microsoft Windows problems, etc.) are charged at  80.00/hour.
